About the Role

  • As a key member of our culinary team, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the preparation and presentation of exquisite dishes for our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision.

  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas, working closely with the Head Chef and other culinary team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager in a high-end hospitality environment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality control.
