As a Property Manager at James & Partners, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring outstanding service delivery to clients, tenants, and other departments. Your key responsibilities will include managing compliance reporting and bookings, handling maintenance issues, coordinating pre-tenancy checks, overseeing check-ins, check-outs, disputes, maintenance requests, and evictions, as well as managing deposit payments and returns.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for property, backed by at least 2 years of previous experience, a strong grasp of legislation, and excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be working in a customer-centric environment, where a proven track record as a property manager is essential.
