About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our vibrant team in Richmond. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the direct management of an assigned property portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer service for landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to landlord and tenant property queries and issues
  • Proactively communicate with both the landlord and tenant, compiling relevant reports
  • Obtain competitive quotations and instruct contractors
  • Organize inventory, check-in and check-out appointments, and distribute reports
  • Keep property records up to date
  • Process invoices in a timely manner
  • Set up and close down utilities
  • Organize timely safety checks and any required remedial works to completion
  • Distribute safety records to all relevant parties
  • End of tenancy report evaluation, damage proposals to the landlord, and management of the deposit distribution
  • Book and monitor work orders
Personal Specification
  • A minimum of 1 year's property management experience, ideally within a corporate agency
  • ARLA/NFoPP qualification is desirable
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Adaptability and a good team player
  • Strong work and service ethic
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail

About the Company

Property Personnel is a leading provider of property management services. We offer ongoing training and development opportunities, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas and New Year, pension, private health insurance after probation, life assurance, and more.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with the possibility of working one day per week from home after successful 6-month probation.
