We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team at Joe Johnson Equipment Inc. in London, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical repairs on a variety of heavy equipment
  • Conduct hydraulic and electrical diagnostics
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks and inspections
  • Communicate with Lead Hand and/or Service Manager regarding job progress and job status changes
  • Maintain organized and safe work area, shop tools and service vans

Requirements:

  • Licensed Journeyperson Certification
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract – CDL License an asset
  • 3+ years' experience working on various types of heavy equipment
  • Experienced with hydraulic and/or electrical work
  • Experience setting up and operating complex machinery
  • Experience using MS Office Suite

What We Offer:

  • Stable scheduling: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (40 hours/week)
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities – up to $1,500/quarter
