  • Trench Preparation: Digging and preparing trenches for foundations.
  • Construction Support: Concreting, laying slabs, and assisting with the construction of roadways.
  • Equipment Operation: Operating small plant equipment as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with other trades and following site plans.
  • Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with all health and safety guidelines on-site.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Valid CSCS card (mandatory).
  • Experience: Proven experience in general groundworks.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of drainage, kerbing, flagging, and concreting.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Health and Safety: Strong understanding of health and safety on-site.
  • Equipment Operation: Ability to operate small plant equipment (desirable but not essential).
  • Transportation: Driving license (preferred).
