CSCS Groundworker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CSCS Groundworker to join our team at Terraworx Recruitment Agency. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of groundwork tasks on housing development projects and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out all aspects of groundworks, including drainage, kerbing, paving, and flagging
  • Digging and preparing trenches for foundations
  • Concreting, laying slabs, and assisting with the construction of roadways
  • Operating small plant equipment as required
  • Working closely with other trades and following site plans
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety guidelines on-site
Requirements:
  • Valid CSCS card (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in general groundworks
  • Knowledge of drainage, kerbing, flagging, and concreting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of health and safety on-site
  • Ability to operate small plant equipment (desirable but not essential)
  • Driving license (preferred)
