Job Title: Temporary Receptionist

Location: Perth

Salary: £11.50 per hour

Hours: 8:15am-6pm, Thursday's (30 minute lunch break)

Assignment Length: Ad hoc days

Office Angels is seeking a part-time Receptionist for our prestigious client based in Perth. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company, supporting the front-end team with customer queries and managing the shared inbox.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
  • Greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing all visitors and calls
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receiving and sorting daily deliveries/mail/couriers
  • Maintaining security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Updating appointment calendars and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Performing other general administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working within a busy reception area
  • An excellent telephone manner, being articulate and courteous
  • Providing a friendly welcome and creating an excellent impression of the client's organisation
  • The ability to multi-task and be flexible in approach to daily duties
  • Immaculately presented
  • Intermediate IT skills i.e. Windows, Excel, MS Outlook, Communicator, PowerPoint
