Peter Vardy Ltd is a dynamic and innovative company that is revolutionizing the automotive industry. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist/Host to join our award-winning Porsche Centre in Perth.

What You Will Do

  • Meet and welcome guests into the showroom with a warm and professional manner
  • Manage all dealership incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Support sales VIP events on site with hosting, organizing catering, equipment, etc.
  • Coordinate bookings and set up meeting rooms
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • General administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Update and manage front of house calendar/diary
  • Any other ad hoc dealership support and administration as required

What You Will Need

  • Previous receptionist experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Computer literate
  • A positive and professional attitude/telephone manner
  • Be dependable and flexible as you will be an important part of a bigger team
