We are seeking a Service Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. Our service coordinators play a crucial role in our operations, collaborating closely with our field service technicians to ensure we fulfill our commitments and meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will work alongside our service engineers, managing, prioritizing, and organizing their daily activities. Building strong relationships with technicians is essential, as teamwork is vital to ensure our customers receive timely service. You will also engage with customers to schedule visits, communicate any changes, and coordinate the delivery of necessary equipment and materials.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Outstanding customer service skills, preferably in a business-to-business context, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly with MS Office applications. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Servicemax is advantageous, though training will be provided.
- A proven track record of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- A calm, confident demeanor, coupled with a positive attitude and a commitment to going above and beyond for customers.
