We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to help lead our Home Department, a key area within our store that offers everything from stylish decor to essential home goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Motivate: Manage and guide the Home Department sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide regular feedback and support to ensure team members are performing at their best.
