Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team at Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Used Car Sales Department, driving sales performance, and mentoring a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the Used Car Sales Department, including purchasing vehicles and stock management.
  • Drive the sales performance of the Used Car Sales Team to deliver the required volume levels on a monthly basis.
  • Mentor, develop, and motivate the Used Car Sales Team, retaining talent within the business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure all legal requirements of FCA and GDPR regulations are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity.
  • Meet customers on handover to thank them for their business.
