Field Service Technician

A leading dealer of material handling equipment is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing a fleet of trucks across the South of England, ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Servicing client base across the West London region, focusing on forklift trucks and related material handling equipment.
- Fixing and servicing access and pallet trucks, as well as other specialist equipment.
- Providing exceptional customer service and representing the company at customer sites.
- Attending the workshop and working on call as required.
- Competitive salary up to £42k depending on experience.
- Company Van.
- Overtime opportunity paid time and a half for the first 4 hours and double time after that.
Selling one of the industry's most well-known brands, our client is an award-winning dealer of forklift trucks and other material handling equipment. With over 30 years of experience, they have a strong local presence across the M25 area and offer a range of trucks, pallet racking, and other equipment. Due to recent expansion, they are now looking to add to their service team.
