Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our Warehouse team at Culina Group. As a Stock Controller, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our stock within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with management and operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and dispatched loads.
  • Manage the problem pallet area in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team.
  • Accurately amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity.
  • Hold and Release process.
  • Provide stock traceability information as required.
  • Investigate and report on short shipments.
  • Complete daily and weekly reports.
  • Manage multi-client and multi-customer queries.
  • Assist Stock Management with investigations.

Requirements

  • Previous stock control experience.
  • Flexibility to cover all areas of the stock department.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of detail.
  • Ability to manage own time to achieve daily targets.
  • Team player with ability to work on own initiative.
  • In-depth knowledge of on-site systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility in approach to work and shift patterns.
  • PC literate in MS Office.
