We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a Senior Private Client Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising clients on a range of private client matters, including:

  • Wills and Trusts
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Estate Administration and probate matters

You will handle your own caseload of matters and assist on more complex cases, while also supervising the private client department. To be successful in this role, you will possess:
