Smith Partnership is a leading law firm in the Midlands, renowned for our comprehensive legal services and exceptional client care.
We are seeking a Senior Associate to lead our Private Client team in Leicester, working closely with the wider Private Client Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal services across a broad range of private client matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to business development activities, including networking and attending sector events.
- Build and maintain client relationships, working closely with department members to help continue to shape the strategy and vision for the team.
- Provide expert legal services across a broad range of private client matters, including specialist estate planning, Wills and LPA, and administering trusts and estates.
- 10 years PQE ideally within Private Client law, although candidates with different levels of experience will be considered.
- Interest in collaborating with department members to help continue to shape the strategy and vision for the team.
