Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Ipswich. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients, supporting them with daily living tasks, medication management, and social activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Support clients with social activities, such as companionship and leisure pursuits
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Good professional and personal references
