Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a motivated and experienced Fitness Class Instructor to join our team

We are a dynamic company that makes a positive impact on the community, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality fitness classes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and safe fitness classes for diverse groups of participants
  • Provide personalized attention and support to ensure all participants feel welcome and included
  • Manage class bookings and registrations efficiently
  • Assist in the development of new and innovative fitness programs
  • Champion health and safety policies and procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with the position

Requirements:

  • REPS/CIMSPA level 2 qualified and registered
  • Relevant and specific qualification for your chosen discipline
  • Experience delivering classes in a comparable role
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation and ability to exercise it in the workplace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
