Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a motivated and experienced Fitness Class Instructor to join our team

We are a dynamic company that makes a positive impact on the community, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality fitness classes and exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and safe fitness classes that cater to diverse customer needs and abilities
  • Collect and manage class registers to ensure effective bookings and customer management
  • Assist in the development of innovative and effective programming to meet customer demands
  • Champion health and safety policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Undertake administrative tasks associated with the position, including maintaining qualifications and certifications

Requirements:

  • REPS/CIMSPA level 2 qualified and registered
  • Relevant and specific qualification for your chosen discipline
  • Experience delivering classes in a comparable role
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation and ability to exercise it in the workplace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals
