About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our teaching support team as Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, or Nursery Workers. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children of various ages and abilities, using behaviour-driven teaching methods to promote positive outcomes and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualised curriculum's and plan and deliver lessons focusing on communication and life skills
- Provide behavioural support and use theory-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our pupils
- Encourage and assist pupils in maintaining hygiene standards
- Monitor pupil progress and ensure teaching methods are effective and tailored to each child's needs
- Assist with break time supervision and support activities such as playground and snack time

Requirements
- Professional, personal, or voluntary experience working with children and disabilities
