About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Globe, a member of the Chestnut collection of pubs, inns and restaurants. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and leading a team of chefs to achieve our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Lead a team of chefs to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high-quality food production
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to source fresh and seasonal ingredients
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and concepts
