We collaborate with a wide range of clients, including governmental agencies, NGOs, and private sector organizations such as the UK Home Office (HO), the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the U.S. Department of State (DOS), UN agencies and missions, and foundations.

The Role: Impact Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Impact Data Analyst. This role will be based in London with a requirement to be in the office at least two days per week. You will play a crucial part in supporting the collection, analysis, and presentation of impact data across a range of social impact campaigns and media development programs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with program teams to develop robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of data collection tools, including surveys, feedback forms, and key informant interviews.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and program reports.
  • Draw meaningful conclusions about the effectiveness of different programs based on your analysis.
  • Communicate program results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, facilitating learning and improvement.
  • Support client reporting processes by ensuring that results frameworks are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Maintain and update MEL documentation, including M&E matrices and attendance trackers.

Your Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in social sciences, economics, humanities, or a related field.
  • One or more years of experience in international development, campaigns, media, or a monitoring and evaluation role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis with support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence interacting with diverse stakeholders.
