Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team as event staff. As a team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the event, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • General event setup and breakdown
  • Scanning tickets, managing queues, and working at the box office
  • Directing and managing foot flow along the route
  • Answering guest enquiries
  • Serving at the bar, Marshmallowland, and our catering units
  • Assisting the Event Manager and Supervisors as needed
  • General housekeeping, maintenance, and problem-solving
Requirements
  • Friendly, fun, and outgoing with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Sensible, practical, and level-headed
  • Passionate about great customer service
  • Experienced in outdoor events and prepared for varying weather conditions
  • Adaptable and flexible to changes that need to be made on-site

Working Conditions

As a member of our seasonal events team, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work a variety of shifts between 12noon and 11pm, including evenings and weekends. You will also be required to attend training sessions and be available for the preview evening.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour for stewards and £13 per hour for senior/supervisory roles. Waterproof uniforms will be provided.
