**About the Role**

We are seeking a kind and caring individual to join our client's care team as a Support Worker. Our client is a young man in his 20's with a brain injury and complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with everyday tasks to enable our client to access the community and social activities.
  • Assist with complex care and personal care, including using an 'Eye Gaze' communication device.
  • Drive our client's adapted vehicle to appointments and accompany him to participate in leisure activities.

Requirements:

  • Calm, patient, and kind nature.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with our client through facial expressions, body language, and verbal skills.
  • Full, UK driving licence.
  • Experience of complex care and personal care.

Working Hours:

8am to 4pm every day, with flexibility to work across all days on a rolling rota, including alternate weekends.
