Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tracheostomy care and ventilation support to clients with complex respiratory needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and muscular dystrophy
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in tracheostomy care and ventilation support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
