The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting and innovative projects across various sectors, delivering sustainable and high-quality building service designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain a variety of projects, providing specialist knowledge and expertise to other teams.
- Act as a point of contact with clients, ensuring excellent communication and project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Contribute to new business developments, identifying opportunities and driving growth.
Requirements
- Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in managing teams and leading projects.
- Strong electrical design skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
