Job Summary:

We are seeking a Support Worker - Driver to join our team at Interaction Recruitment Group. As a Support Worker - Driver, you will be responsible for enabling residents to get the most out of life, supporting individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends, and gain the ability to move on to more independent living when they're ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living and domestic duties
  • Develop positive working relationships with service users and colleagues
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of clients is always protected
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports, such as support plans
  • Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each client
  • Build and maintain relationships with service users

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience within a healthcare environment
  • The ability to be patient and calm under pressure
  • Easily adaptable to new environments
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Eligible to work in the UK - Right to work
  • Access to your own transport is desirable, but not essential
