About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the Wadebridge Day Centre in Cornwall. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support and care to learning disabled adults, enabling them to achieve their goals and maintain important relationships.
  • Support individuals with daily tasks, such as taking medication, cooking meals, and using public transport.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • A competitive salary, rising to £ per hour from 1st October 2024 (Plus in lieu of holiday entitlement)
