About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Consultant to join our team at HSBC. As a key member of our Branch Customer Service Team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, taking ownership of their individual needs and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, engaging in effective conversations, building strong connections, and showing empathy to our customers.
  • Take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution, delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations, and providing a personalised, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Play a pivotal role in customer education around HSBC digital services and fraud awareness, identifying customers who are in vulnerable situations, and determining the best way to support them.
  • Help our customers with more complex banking needs, ensuring they feel supported in their choices.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage in effective conversations, build strong connections, and show empathy to our customers.
  • The ability to take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution, delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations, and providing a personalised, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Be resilient to a continuous changing environment.
What We Offer

We offer an attractive starting salary of £25,061 based on 35 hours per week, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus. You will also receive:
