About the Role:


The Reservations Coordinator at SUSHISAMBA GROUP is a key position responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences from initial inquiry to dining. This role contributes to maximizing restaurant sales and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Reservations Coordinator, you will:


  • Manage and maximize restaurant reservations to optimize sales and revenue.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Utilize IT systems to record and manage guest reservations and dining experiences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests and colleagues.
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet sales and revenue targets.


Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and ability to learn new technology.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in reservations or guest services.
