Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills, with extensive experience in perioperative care. As a key member of the theatre coordinating team, you will be responsible for overseeing the theatre department in the absence of the theatre manager and have the ability to motivate, support, and develop staff within our department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct line management responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of elective perioperative care programs.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high standard of clinical practice and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
  • Forward thinking, excellent communication skills, and team working qualities.
  • Experience of leading, motivating, and supporting a team, with evidence of department management.
