Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
  2. Understand client insurance needs and provide effective solutions.
  3. Grow new and existing client and insurer relationships.
  4. Work closely with the Board and Account Executives to provide advice.
  5. Act as a mentor and reference point for technical assistance.
  6. Ensure compliance with agreed regulations and guidelines.
  7. Handle new and existing commercial insurance risks.
  8. Manage quotations, renewals, and policy issues.
  9. Assist in driving a high-performing culture.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in commercial insurance broking.
  2. Knowledge of various cross classes of commercial insurance risk.
  3. Ability to identify suitable placing markets.
  4. Experience of pricing and designing insurance programs.
  5. Ability to grow new and existing client and insurer relationships.
  6. Working closely with the Board and Account Executives to provide advice.
  7. Preferably CII qualified or working towards the CII qualification.
  8. Good knowledge of the insurance market.
  9. Excellent technical skills.
  10. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
