Job Title:
Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Shift:
Continental 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shift (6:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 6:00)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various process equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, engineering, and hygiene standards.

Main Responsibilities:
Conduct regular Planned PPM and reactive maintenance as needed, collaborating with Team Leaders and Production teams to improve production efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation of breakdowns and maintenance activities (PPMs), operating in adherence to Health & Safety best practices, minimising risks to self and others.

Qualification:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering Maintenance or Manufacturing.

Experience:
Time-served engineer/fitter with a strong background in both reactive and preventative maintenance, experience with controls, fault analysis, and developing solutions.

Key Skills:
Welding, fabrication, mechanical fitting, gearbox installations, pump changes, steam system repairs, bearing replacements, and plant modifications.
