Job Title:
Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Shift:
Continental 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shift (6:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 6:00)

To support production by resolving engineering issues and addressing equipment breakdowns in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and breakdown repairs on time, adhering to safety, engineering, and hygiene standards.
Ensure engineering support is available during all operational hours.
Propose plant modifications and improvements to increase efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of breakdowns and maintenance activities.

Key Skills:
Time-served engineer/fitter with a strong background in both reactive and preventative maintenance.
Experience with controls, fault analysis, and developing solutions.
Ability to perform tasks including welding, fabrication, and mechanical fitting, such as gearbox installations, pump changes, steam system repairs, and bearing replacements.

Qualification:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering Maintenance or Manufacturing.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering maintenance and repair services.

Working Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced production environment, with a focus on maintaining equipment and ensuring production efficiency.
