Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Coordinator to join our team in Edinburgh. As an Electrical Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating electrical services, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming service requests via email and update the company database accordingly
  • Take service and update calls from clients and handle them professionally
  • Coordinate appointments for electrical works and schedule them efficiently
  • Update client websites on a daily basis and maintain accurate records
  • Manage labor lists and update the scheduler to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Optimize job allocation based on engineer skillset, availability, and location
  • Liaise with subcontractors, raise purchase orders, and follow up on job completion details and invoices
  • Maintain planned schedules of work and monitor ongoing projects
  • Compile quotations for small works in accordance with client rates and submit them on time
  • Liaise with the HF Group service team to ensure all service issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Save and file all incoming purchase orders in accordance with procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong service background with excellent communication and numerical skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Good time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Comprehensive numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
