About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MET Technician to join our brand-new team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our Accident Repair Bodyshop, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mechanical and bodywork services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated jobs, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Dismantle vehicles for panel shop preparation, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work to identify and resolve issues.
  • Order replacement parts and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
About You
  • You must be able to plan your workload effectively, ensuring vehicles are ready for agreed-upon timescales.
  • Work skillfully and safely under pressure, adhering to our Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, with minimal supervision, and be flexible in your approach.
  • Continuously strive for high standards, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience as a MET in a Bodyshop environment or Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician looking to transition to a Bodyshop role.
