About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Paid Search Executive to join our team at Realtime Agency, a global full-funnel advertising agency specializing in performance-led campaign strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple accounts, including multi-billion dollar companies and household brands.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights, and implement best practice optimization processes to maximize campaign performance.
  • Own the management of day-to-day client communications, including regular reporting on account performance and strategy ideas.
  • Drive new ideas to improve campaign performance and execute tests.
  • Support the development of new strategies to drive performance and growth of accounts.
  • Manage campaign expenses and stay on budget.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new accounts and client pitches to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience driving performance and meeting client KPIs across large-scale paid search campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
  • Well-organized and flexible, with the ability to move from project to project without delay.
  • A passion for digital marketing and learning.
