About the Role

As a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you will work on a diverse range of projects, from £300k to £5 million, across sectors such as education, residential, commercial, and healthcare. Your key responsibilities will include managing costs, contracts, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project costs and contracts
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Chartered status or working towards APC
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
