We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Nurse to lead our Flu/Covid Vaccination Project. The successful candidate will have significant experience working within the Cancer Nursing field and will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing the personalised care agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the personalised care agenda
- Coordinate with clinical teams to increase awareness of signs and symptoms of secondary disease
- Support teams with patient stratified follow-up and ensure all patients receive quality information in end-of-treatment summaries
- Work with primary care to increase awareness of signs and symptoms of secondary disease
Requirements:
- Proven post-registration experience working with cancer patients
- Experience of planning and completing audit/research
- Experience of undertaking projects and implementing change
- Ability to manage/lead junior colleagues and make appropriate decisions at all levels

Qualifications:
- RGN/RN/RSCN
