About the Role
East Cheshire NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Admin/Booking Clerk to support our dynamic Cardio-Respiratory Team.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, booking, and scheduling outpatient cardio-respiratory appointments to ensure government and trust targets are met.
Key responsibilities include working with the department manager to ensure efficient and effective utilization of cardio-respiratory clinic capacity, managing follow-up waiting lists, and dealing with administrative enquiries.
Requirements
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology, administration, and organisational experience
