Mid-Weight Designer with Motion Skills

We are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Designer with a passion for motion design to join our team at Lucy Lawson Creative Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for bringing our brand stories to life through film, moving assets, and various forms of motion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative concepts across the entire creative process, from initial exploration to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with our diverse team of strategists, writers, and client managers to craft engaging brand narratives and campaign stories.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity by sharing knowledge and encouraging experimentation.
  • Craft compelling stories through motion design, film, and various forms of visual storytelling.
Requirements:
  • Ability to integrate conceptual thinking and motion principles into branding projects.
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and core CC Software.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to teams and clients.
  • Deep understanding of design principles and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in independently managing project streams efficiently.
