We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Multi-Site Maintenance Engineer to join our esteemed Facilities Management team. This role involves overseeing maintenance operations across various locations, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Principal Multi-Site Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the Facilities team, focusing on both Planned and Reactive Maintenance across the client’s properties.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks across multiple sites.
  • Promptly identifying and reporting any critical equipment failures that pose health and safety risks to occupants and visitors.
  • Overseeing and guiding Mechanical & Electrical subcontractors as necessary.
  • Conducting thorough building inspections and documenting any damages or faults.

Candidate Profile:
This position is ideal for individuals with:
  • Extensive experience in Commercial Multi-Skilled Maintenance, particularly in mechanical, electrical, and fabric disciplines.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience in handling reactive maintenance and breakdowns, preferably in a large-scale commercial environment.
  • Relevant certifications, including 18th Edition and 2391; HVAC & FGas qualifications are advantageous.
