Newcastle Building Society is seeking a skilled Financial Adviser to join our team. As a Financial Adviser, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert face-to-face advice to customers across our branch network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external introducers
- Manage a structured client review process to ensure customers receive tailored advice
- Proactively identify opportunities to gain referrals from existing clients
- Achieve corporate goals, including customer satisfaction, sales, business quality, and staff development
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to deliver advice, benefits, and value to new customers
- Develop a strong Financial Advice presence in the community
- Review existing clients' financial circumstances and advise on their financial future
About You
We are looking for a commercially focused QCA Level 4 Financial Advisor with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding new business and customer service expectations.
You will also demonstrate high standards of quality and compliance and possess the ambition to succeed in a thriving environment.
