We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Adviser to join our team at Newcastle Building Society. As a Financial Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering expert face-to-face advice to customers across our branch network, supported by a dedicated back-office team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external introducers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Client Review Process: Manage a structured client review process to ensure customers receive tailored advice and guidance.
- Referral Generation: Proactively generate referrals from existing clients to drive new business and revenue growth.
- Corporate Goals: Achieve corporate goals, including customer satisfaction, sales, business quality, and staff development.
- Community Development: Develop a financial advice presence in the community to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Financial Planning: Review existing clients' financial circumstances and advise on their financial future.
We are looking for a commercially focused QCA Level 4 Financial Advisor with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record of achieving and exceeding new business and customer service expectations.
You will also demonstrate high standards of quality and compliance and possess the ambition to succeed in a thriving environment.
