Job Title: Salesforce Architect

As a Salesforce Architect at Lloyds Bank plc, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the technical architecture of our Salesforce platform. This includes ensuring compliance with IT policies related to security, data protection, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Design and implement solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, LWCs, and other related tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential security risks and data protection issues.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of direct reports and other team members.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce customization, configuration, and standard processes.
  • Deep understanding of Apex, LWCs, and other Salesforce technologies, along with proficiency in Java, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
