Job Title: Salesforce Architect

As a Salesforce Architect at Lloyds Bank plc, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our Salesforce platform and associated third-party applications. Your expertise in Salesforce customization, configuration, and standard processes will be crucial in designing solutions and maintaining the code, performance, and integrity of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Salesforce architecture to meet business requirements.
  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions to improve business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies related to security, data protection, data retention, storage, backups, and change management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers to improve their skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce customization, configuration, and standard processes.
  • Deep understanding of Apex, LWCs, and other Salesforce technologies, along with proficiency in Java, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
