Are you a sales-driven individual looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Haier Europe. As a key member of our Bolton Customer Service and Sales Centre, you'll have the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced, sales-through-service contact centre environment.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound service calls, serving our existing customers and the broader UK white goods market. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional sales through a service approach, promoting and selling our leading range of value-added service products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Utilize our Salesforce system to access customer account details and process information swiftly and accurately
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through a service-oriented approach
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

  • Background in sales with experience working towards and achieving targets in a fast-paced, sales-through-service contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
