About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Sister to join our team at Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of specialist care services. As a Senior Sister, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex neurological conditions, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide personalized support and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our service users.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our therapy teams to maximize functional ability and promote independence.
  • Collaborate with our medical and therapy teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous development of our services.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a relevant qualification and experience in neurological care.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
