About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at AmcoGiffen. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our regional commercial teams and providing financial expertise to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze key financial data to ensure accounting integrity and accuracy.
  • Collate and summarize information from multiple sites to provide a comprehensive overview of financial performance.
  • Work closely with regional commercial directors to develop and implement business strategies and grow revenue.
  • Support regional commercial managers during external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage internal controls, processes, and procedures to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on contract accounting and influence system development within the organization.
  • Support analysis and reporting related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Implement and deliver improved financial performance, management information, and support corporate goals.
  • Produce management accounts information to support budgets and forecasting.
  • Ensure accuracy of contract working capital reporting and challenge areas of risk.
  • Manage and develop the Assistant Finance Business Partner.
Requirements
  • CIMA qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience with data analytics and management accounts.
  • Business partnering skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Flexible work ethic and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passionate about delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
