Key Responsibilities- Personally contact brokers to ensure timely payments and collect overdue funds from clients.
- Oversee global debtors to eliminate overdue debt and ensure compliance with company credit policy.
- Liaise with the legal department to recover debt from clients who have not honored their commitments.
- Produce weekly management information to track debt recovery progress.

- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and develop a team of Credit Controllers.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure timely and effective debt recovery.
