As the Global Sourcing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the sourcing and negotiation processes for a diverse range of finished products.
You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with a specialized supplier network, ensuring the coordination of efficient supply chains, and crafting procurement strategies that align with broader business objectives and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities of the Global Sourcing Manager:
- Supplier Oversight: Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers through rigorous quality control and risk assessment, ensuring adherence to international trade standards.
- Procurement Strategy Development: Formulate and execute global procurement strategies aimed at cost optimization through effective negotiation of contracts, terms, and pricing.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering excellence in procurement practices and supporting strategic goals.
Experience in global procurement is essential, preferably within the Food, FMCG, or Finished Goods sectors.

- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and development opportunities for junior team members, focusing on their professional growth and progression.
